Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship exclusively to addresses within the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands)
  • Any international destinations

2. Free Shipping – No Minimum Purchase

Every order qualifies for free standard shipping. No promotional code is needed. Free shipping applies to all products regardless of price.

3. Processing Time (Handling)

  • Handling time: 1‑3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

4. Carriers

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is chosen based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.

5. Delivery Time (Transit)

  • Estimated transit time: 3‑7 business days after dispatch for addresses in the contiguous United States.
  • Total estimated time from order to delivery: 4‑10 business days (handling + transit).
    Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

6. Order Tracking

Every order receives a tracking number. You can track your package via the link in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account on our website.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Lost in transit: If your tracking number shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us at info@whitehouseblackmarket.lol within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and either reship or refund.
  • Stolen after delivery: We are not responsible for packages stolen after the carrier marks them as “Delivered.” Please file a police report and contact the carrier.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply. If you realize an error after placing your order, email us immediately – we can correct the address before the order is shipped.
