1. Accepted Payment Methods
Whitehouse Blackmarket accepts the following payment methods:
- Visa (credit and debit cards)
- Mastercard (credit and debit cards)
- PayPal (PayPal balance, bank account linked to PayPal, and credit/debit cards processed through PayPal)
We do not accept: American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, checks, money orders, COD (cash on delivery), or any other method not listed.
2. Currency
All prices and transactions are in United States Dollars (USD). If your card or PayPal account uses a different currency, your financial institution may apply a currency conversion fee. You are responsible for those fees.
3. Order Total and Sales Tax
Your order total will include:
- The product price
- Applicable sales tax (calculated at checkout based on your shipping address)
4. Payment Processing and Security
- All payments are processed through a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant gateway.
- Credit card information is tokenized and not stored on our servers after authorization.
- Entire payment process occurs over HTTPS with TLS 1.2+.
5. When You Are Charged
- Visa / Mastercard: Your card is authorized at the time you place the order. The actual charge occurs when your order is confirmed (usually within minutes).
- PayPal: You will be redirected to PayPal to log in and authorize the transaction. Funds are reserved immediately.
6. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined:
- You will see an error message at checkout.
- Your order will not be processed.
- We cannot tell you the specific reason for the decline (you must contact your bank or PayPal).
- We will never attempt to charge a declined card without your new authorization.
7. Billing Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current billing information. We may cancel orders where the billing address does not match the cardholder’s address on file with the bank.
8. Pricing Errors
In the event of an obvious and material pricing error (e.g., a $200 item listed for $2), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amounts paid. We will notify you by email before cancellation.
9. Refunds and Chargebacks
Refunds are processed according to our Return & Refund Policy. If you file a chargeback for a valid charge, we may suspend your account and pursue collection of the outstanding amount plus any fees incurred.
