Orders & Shipping

Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: No. We ship exclusively to addresses within the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to U.S. territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any international destinations.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase. No promo code is needed.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Handling time: 1‑3 business days. Transit time: 3‑7 business days after dispatch. Total estimated time: 4‑10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: Contact us immediately at info@whitehouseblackmarket.lol. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update the address. Once shipped, we cannot redirect the package.

Q: My tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive the package. What do I do?
A: First, check with neighbors or around your property. If still missing, contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery, but we can help you with carrier contact information.

Q: What is your return policy?

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email info@whitehouseblackmarket.lol with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions within 2 business days.

Q: How long does a refund take?
A: After we receive and inspect your return (typically 3‑5 business days), we process the refund within 5‑7 business days. PayPal refunds appear within 24 hours; credit card refunds may take an additional 3‑7 business days depending on your bank.

Q: I received a damaged or wrong item. What should I do?
