1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. The return must be postmarked no later than the 30th day after delivery. Returns postmarked after this period will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- With all original tags, labels, and packaging
- Accompanied by the original purchase receipt or order number
Non‑returnable items:
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non‑Returnable” on the product page
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, and accessories (hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
3. Return Process
- Contact info@whitehouseblackmarket.lol with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid return shipping label within 2 business days.
- Pack the item(s) securely, affix the label, and drop off at any carrier location (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
You must ship the return within the 30‑day window described in Section 1. Returns without an RMA will not be processed.
4. Return Shipping Cost
We provide free return shipping for all customers in the contiguous United States via the prepaid label we email you. No amount will be deducted from your refund for return postage.
5. Restocking Fee
We charge no restocking fee for any returned item.
6. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3‑5 business days of receipt), we will process your refund within 5‑7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal).
- PayPal refunds usually appear within 24 hours. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3‑7 business days depending on your bank.
- If the original payment method is no longer available (e.g., expired card), we will issue store credit to your email address.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery at info@whitehouseblackmarket.lol with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We will cover return shipping (send a new prepaid label).
- After verification, we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement (your choice).
8. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at no charge before it is shipped. Email info@whitehouseblackmarket.lol with “CANCEL” and your order number. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
